Create simple Terraform templates in your Git repo and load them to Service Catalog

Template variables are scanned and are made available to deployments in a form
Templates are security scanned
Security report reviewed by template developer and any issues remediated
Template tested by developer, on satisfactory test it is certified and assigned to appropriate teams
Select approval required if team leader should review prior to a users deployment

Multi Tenant Architecture

ESH manages deployed resources in the context of tenants

Rich RBAC allows fine grained access control to resources per tenant
Tenant cost control -set limits on cost of deployed resources
Tenant approvals - exceed resource cost limit, tenant admin needs to approve
Security issues - If fails security scan, tenant admin needs to approve
Users can be granted access to one or more tenants
